Marsha's Last Day

Marsha is leaving tomorrow and I know it's going to make life harder here... but luckily Josh is replacing her 24 hrs later. So it will be me and the little Kofe-monster for a day. I'm not too scared, though I know the sleep deprivation is going to get worse daily...

I'm a little pessimistic that I'm going to get out of here before 2009. The Agency (sounds sinister, doesn't it?) sent my paperwork to Austin today and so it's all in the hands of the bureaucrats here in Texas and then up in Massachusetts... The ICPC (Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children) controls the movement of children and adoptive families between states... 

Anyway, the hotel is great: free breakfast, coffee and fruit around the clock, a small exercise room, lots of shopping nearby, DVD player, and an awesome AAA discount.

I think my baby has a cold. :-( But, he's more and more adorable daily.
